To Paris!

When one of my BFFs told me she is going to Paris about five months ago, I was totally jealous. Yes, very jealous but of course the jealousy is good because it gives me motivation to work harder and earn more bucks. The reason is simple - Paris has always been in the Top 5 list of places I want to visit.

If you don't know, here are the pictures of the places in no particular order.

Previously, Singapore was in the list but hey, I've been there several times and yes, I will still be going back there for few more times. I love Singapore as much as I love myself. LOLX!

So, today, it's about Paris!

Since I know very well I won't be able to go to Paris at the nearest time because I am nearly broke, I might as well, bring Paris closer to me.

How does that sound?

Before you scream, "No, it's impossible!" right into my face, well... technically, I know I can't do so but literally, yeah, I can bring Paris to myself.

Why?

Simple!

The infamous Sigma in collaboration with 7 make-up gurus from Youtube, has finally came up with Paris Make-up Palette inspired by the beautiful city of Paris.

Have you seen the palette yet or have you gotten it for yourself yet?

If you are unaware, this is a limited edition make-up palette from Sigma.

My parcel came in the mail yesterday but since I don't have internet connection at home for the time being, I couldn't update at all. Yeah, so much for sharing the internet with others and I ended up having no internet at home at all. Luckily I am on mobile broadband or else, I think I would have been dead without internet by now. Bother, bother, bother!

Anyway, here are pictures of the secured packaging in the parcel.

I had really fun time trying to get the parcel out of the packaging. It took me a good 10 minutes to do so. Well, the process was fun because I was so looking forward to 'undress' the parcel ever since I ordered it about 3 weeks ago.

Best of all, I got a free eyeshadow together with the palette.

Precious pink, aye? I think this shade could double up as blush as well since, well, it's pink! The name of the shade is Grasp I believe.

After spending the next 10 minutes to 'undress' the parcel, finally, I saw the palette, yes!!!

I can finally die and go to heaven in peace because the packaging is just so beautiful... I know I've seen it online but I never thought it would be such a beauty in real life as well... OMG... my heart just melted when I saw it.

I fell in love with Paris and also the palette.

Now, I know why Paris is known as the City of Romance and Love.

Aside from the beautiful packaging, another reason that made me wanted to get this palette was because of my favourite Youtube gurus. Lame but true. This kinda advertisement always work on a noob like me. LOLX!

If you don't know yet, three of my favourite gurus are in the picture above. I don't know about you but for me, I personally like Dulce CandyChristine and also Jen.

Jen from From Head to Toe must have been one of the most humble and friendly gurus that I've ever known, come across and communicated with. Yes, Jen is really friendly and she actually did reply to my queries several times on Twitter and at the same time, I sent her a picture of her when she was featured during Lioele Malaysia's product launch.

Anyway, I'm not gonna rant about how amazing some of these gurus are. Here are several pictures of the close-up shades and make-up brushes available in the palette itself.

Gorgeous, isn't it?

It comes with 8 eyeshadows, 1 contour shade, 1 blush and 1 highlighter with 2 brushes. The name of each shade is shown in the pictures above. You may click for a larger view.

I shan't say more. You can always be the judge. LOLX!

Just in case you're wondering, these are the brushes that come together in the palette.

Sigma F40 Large Angled Contour Brush and F35 Eye Shading Brush - one of the reasons I wanna get the palette as well. I need brushes because my current blush brush is gonna meet her fate real soon. LOLX! I own one of Sigma brushes that I have purchased at a discounted price and believe me, the quality is really good!

I'm gonna end my rambles and rants about this palette as of now because I have yet to do swatches as well as to test the eyeshadows, contour, blush, highlighter or brushes.

If you are interested in the palette, please pay Colour Cosmetics Malaysia a visit because I believe they have one final palette available.

Other than this palette, if you are interested in other Sigma brushes and NYX products, there are ready stocks available. From time to time, they will have pre-orders for certain brands.

No, I'm not affiliated with them, so, I don't think there will be discount codes or anything. LOLX!

I'm gonna end my entry now.

Happy Thursday, people!

I can't believe Friday is coming again! Time does sizzle!
