Eating salmon sushi the right way...

Before I start with the salmon sushi entry, let me do a little dedication to this friend of mine who's celebrating her birthday this very day...

It's been two months since I last seen Cinderella around or even receiving her SMS-es. That was ever since I got my butt back to boring KL. I swear if I'm going to stay at KL in long-run, I'll die of high blood pressure and heart attack!

Forgive the vulgar on this very special day.

Cinderella and I first became friends when we were 13. OMG, that was exactly 10 years ago! How nostalgic can things get? I miss all those good old days spent at home back at good old Sibu but sigh... it'll be another few more months to my next visit home.

*hits self in the head*

This is meant for Cinderella but I got distracted... Okay, okay!

For the girl who's always been witchier than me...

For the girl who's been so witty all the times...

For the girl who loves to eat but never gets any fatter...

Happy 23rd birthday, Cinderella!

~ So sorry that I have to use the picture of Wendy's birthday cake ~

As I couldn't get more pictures of Cinderella, I have to resort to using old pictures that were taken years back and due to lack of Cinderella's pictures, I can't do long birthday entry for her too.

******************************************************

Okay, as promised, I will do an entry regarding eating salmon sushi the right way. It might not be 'right' for everyone but I'm here just to share what I THINK is right so that the sushi will taste of course better! Trying won't get you killed but if you don't like my way of eating it, don't even try to copy.

Upon getting your salmon sushi from the conveyor belt, your salmon sushi will look like this...

~ You ought to be salivating now ~

The salmon sushi in the picture looks good, right? You bet they look good because they taste as good as they look! The other day when we went over to the Sushi King at Midvalley, their salmon was really fresh!

First of all, remove the salmon piece from the glutinous-rice-look-alike thing and dunk the salmon into the sweet sauce served. If you want your sushi to taste a little bit salty, you can actually add in some soy sauce too. Thus, it'll look like this...

Can you see the yummiliciousness of the salmon piece from the picture? I'm salivating already!

Then, brush some wasabi on the glutinous-look-alike-rice. The amount of wasabi is up to your liking. If you like wasabi, put more, if no, don't put a lot because wasabi can murderously make you cry.

Then, put back the salmon in the sweet sauce back onto the rice and taa-daah, the sushi is ready to be served.

The last step is of course to put the sushi into your mouth and savour it!
